Chemical Dosing Pumps

Approx Price: Rs 3,800 / Unit
Dosing pumps are low-volume pumps with controllable discharge rates that are used to inject additives or difficult to mix fluids into mixing, pumping, or batch/tank systems. Dosing pumps are usually made from plastic, thermo plastic, and feature mounting holes or accessories. Single diaphragm models are available. Some dosing pumps are designed to move:
  • Abrasive materials,
  • Acids, adhesives,
  • Chemicals,
  • Concrete and grout,
  • Coolants,
  • Hazardous materials,
  • Liquid metal, or lubricants.

Other devices are rated for combustible, corrosive, high viscosity, or high temperature media. Dosing pumps are also used to move:

  • Gasoline,
  • Diesel fuel, and oil;
  • Ground water,
  • Potable water,
  • Salt water, and wastewater;
  • Sewage, sludge,slurry and ash slurry;
  • Gas and air; powders, solids, and rendering wastes;
  • And a variety of liquids and liquids with solids.

E-Dose Pump

We, Adwyn Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. Pumping Systems are reputed manufacturers and suppliers of Metering Pumps, Dosing Pumps, Fluid Metering Pumps, Electromechanical Dosing Pumps, and Industrial Metering Pumps. These pumps are used where fluids must be dosed into a medium with a highest possible grade of accuracy with a defined volume and within a defined time period.

Functioning:-

These Dosing or Metering Pumps (oscillating positive displacement pumps) suck in a defined fluid volume with the backstroke of the displacer and press it into the dosing line with the pressure stroke. Adjusting the stroke volume and the dosing strokes per time unit can regulate the metering capacity.

MEEMP-

Solenoid driven metering pumps are controlled by an Electronic circuit comprising of professional PCB & electronic components of proven quality for high reliability to the user.

Dosing Pump

Product Details:
  • Power Source: Electric

It is a positive displacement solenoid operated diaphragm metering pump operating at 230 V 50 Hz supply. Solenoid pushes the diaphragm, which in turn pushes the liquid into the system. Solenoid is actuated & controlled by electric circuit

Dual Control:

It is a positive displacement diaphragm metering pump operating at 230 V 50 Hz supply. It is base mountable. Solenoid pushes the diaphragm which in turn pushes the liquid into the system. Solenoid is actuated by a solid state electronic circuit. It has two controls (stroke length & frequency control) for the desired accuracy of the dosing.

Salient Features:

  • Housing & Head: An all plastic housing is resistant to corrosive chemical agents. Head & valves etc. all are made of Chemical resistant material for longer & reliable operation.
  • Solenoid: High quality, hot rated solenoid is designed to dissipate heat. Capacities & pressure do not delete even over extended use.
  • Diaphragm: Superior diaphragm is designed to ensure long life even under the most demanding applications. Teflon faced, metal reinforced diaphragm ensures leak free operation.
  • Electronic Circuit: State of the art electronic circuit (protectively coated with epoxy) is virtually unaffected by temp, EMI & other electric disturbances.
  • Controls: Both stroke length and frequency can be adjusted giving pump the desired accuracy. Turndown ratio is 100:1
  • Capacity: Max. Capacity available is 15 Lt. per Hour

Applications:

  • Water Chlorination
  • Water Treatment
  • Effluent Treatment
  • Swimming Pool
  • Food Processing
  • Brewing and Distillation
  • Chemical Processing
